Overview:  The New York City Early Intervention forms, policies, and procedures have been updated to reflect changes in New York State DOH BEI regulations and the transition to EI-Hub. This training will focus on new or revised forms, the policies and procedures in chapters 1, 2, and 3, and EI-Hub highlights in the updated NYC EIP Policies and Procedures manual.
